Q: Shipping?

All t‑shirts, hoodies and other print‑to‑order items are produced and shipped by our third‑party print partner. Production time is set by that company and can vary with their workload; we don’t control or update those production estimates on the site, so please allow extra time for your order to be made. Once your items are printed they ship directly from the print partner and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order is on its way.

Q: Returns?

Return & Refund Policy (Print‑to‑Order Items)

• Eligible refunds/exchanges: We will issue refunds or exchanges for items that are defective or incorrect — for example, misprints, receiving the wrong item, wrong color or size shipped, or damaged garments.

• How to request: Submit a request within 30 days of purchase to slitheringserenity@gmail.comwith your order number and photos showing the defect/issue. We will review the request and determine whether a refund or exchange will be issued. Expect an initial response within 5 business days.

• Customer mistakes: No refunds or exchanges will be given for errors made by the buyer (for example, ordering the wrong size, style, or color). Because items are printed to order in the exact quantities purchased, we generally do not keep extras to replace customer-ordering mistakes.

• Return shipping: If a return is required, we will let you know whether you should ship the item back. Return shipping costs are covered by us only for approved defective or incorrect items; for other returns, the customer is responsible. In some cases we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned.

• Review your order: Please carefully review your selections before completing checkout to avoid issues.

Absolutely! Many of our items can be personalized to fit your vision—whether you’d like a unique design, special colors, or specific details.
