Bespoke Creation Terms
We appreciate you selecting Slithering Serenity for your premium handmade leather essentials. Every bespoke item is constructed to your specific requirements, focusing on unique designs and expert craftsmanship. A non-refundable 50% down payment is mandatory before we initiate the fabrication of your unique piece. Full payment of the outstanding balance is required prior to dispatch or collection. As these items are tailored to your personal taste, we cannot offer refunds, swaps, or terminations once the crafting process is underway. Post-production modifications may incur extra costs and delay delivery. Please note that leather carries natural attributes—such as varied textures and tones—which highlight its authenticity rather than indicating flaws. Fine artistry takes time and dedication. Should you discover a craft-related defect upon arrival, please reach out within 7 days so we can evaluate the situation and provide a suitable resolution for your purchase.
Logistics and Delivery
How long does it take to make and ship my order? Every item is handcrafted with care, and production times vary depending on the design, materials, and level of customization. In-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order items are generally completed and shipped within 1–3 weeks. Custom orders and exotic leather pieces may require additional production time depending on material availability and project complexity. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination. Because each piece is handcrafted, we believe quality is worth the wait. We take pride in ensuring every item meets our standards before it leaves our workshop. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note: Availability of exotic leathers may affect production timelines. If any delays arise, we'll contact you promptly with an update on your order's status.
Shipping on Sweatshirts and T Shirts?
All t‑shirts, hoodies and other print‑to‑order items are produced and shipped by our third‑party print partner. Production time is set by that company and can vary with their workload; we don’t control or update those production estimates on the site, so please allow extra time for your order to be made. Once your items are printed they ship directly from the print partner and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order is on its way.
Refund Guidelines
Given the artisanal quality of our custom leather work, we maintain a no-return policy for all transactions. Exchanges or credits are only considered in the event of a verified manufacturing error. Variations intrinsic to natural hides, including unique grain patterns and surface marks, are celebrated features of high-end leather and do not qualify as flaws. If you suspect a genuine construction fault, contact our studio immediately after delivery to discuss a professional remedy.
